An experienced Director of Nursing and change manager with over 40 years of proven success and experience in NHS clinical, managerial, Director and leadership positions in provider and commissioning organisations.
Roles have been in primary, secondary, community services, public health and social care. Moira has strong values as a registered nurse and her work as a nurse teacher has given her a life-long interest in education and training. She has a track record of influencing and delivering the strategic direction and objectives of the organisations she has worked for. Her experience is in developing, managing, integrating and commissioning services to meet and maintain national and local targets.

Nicola brings together project management, training and coaching expertise and over 25 years experience working with the public, voluntary and private sector in a variety of settings.
She has significant experience in service improvement, safeguarding, commissioning, procurement and tender writing. Nicola has underpinned her practical experience through academic study and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Nicola currently works part-time as a successful independent consultant and associate specialising in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) supporting individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their true potential. She also works part-time for a NHS Clinical Commissioning Group leading on children’s integration across a Sustainability Transformation Partnership.
Nicola’s key strengths lie in her ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people, excellent communication skills, professionalism, commitment to excellence, outstanding facilitation skills and ability to work at a strategic level whilst striving to deliver exceptional results. Neela has a long history of working in NHS provider organisations as a consultant Paediatrician and Clinical Director managing integrated child health services including mental health.
Neela has worked as Clinical Director for Children and Families within a PCT and NHS Clinical Commissioning Group and has also worked as a Designated Doctor for Safeguarding. She has been project lead for developing the safeguarding children training programme nationally for the Royal College of Paediatrics and has delivered a wide range of safeguarding training programmes to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
