Arista Associates UK was set up with one major goal in mind: to support professionals working in the NHS to improve care by promoting resilience at an organisation, team and individual level. We have since developed our approach to include a wide range of public and private sector organisations.

The Arista programme uses a variety of tools and techniques to support and improve the resilience of the organisation, team, and individual.

The Arista team is a highly experienced professional group of directors and associates with a wide range of clinical, management and organisational development skills. The Arista programme provides a range of tools which foster resilience and integrate practice, research and evidence. This can be in the form of training and development, consultancy and service review.

Arista specialises in safeguarding training, safeguarding consultancy and safeguarding improvement work.

We pride ourselves in providing top quality, evidence based and contemporary information on policy and practice. Our training approach is to provide face to face sessions where issues can be discussed within the work context. Consultancy and improvement work is developed bespoke to you and your organisational requirements following discussions and diagnostic work to determine your needs.
